Keshia was raised in and around Nelson, BC. She grew up with a love for nature, and the natural healing arts, of which Nelson has so much to offer. Her experience of receiving massage and traditional chinese medicine treatments, and attending yoga classes at a young age inspired her to pursue a career in the healing arts. She studied yoga, particularly ashtanga yoga, for some years, before finding herself moving to Vancouver for massage therapy school in 2012.

Upon finishing her massage therapy training, Keshia promptly began pursuing further studies of cranial sacral and visceral manipulation. She has been attending a series of weekend workshops with the same teachers over the past 3 years, which focus on different regions of the body and aspects of myo-fascial release. This has informed her practice in many ways, and she is continuing to learn and explore these techniques with clients.
